Products may be returned for a full refund if it meets the following guidelines:
- Product’s manufacturer seal has NOT been broken
- Meets manufacturer return guidelines
- It’s within 30 days of shipment being received
RMA Procedure
- Fill out a RMA Request Form
- You will receive a Return Authorization number or status on your request within 24 hours of the initial request. Once the authorization number has been issued, please return the merchandise with original boxes, packing materials and any other documentation included in original shipment. You will be sent a packing list with instructions.
- Once the returned item(s) have been received, credit will be given within 7 business days. Credit will be issued the same way the original payment was received. If the invoice is open, a credit memo will be issued and applied against the open invoice, with your approval.
- Please note a Returns Authorization Number will ONLY be valid for 14 days after being issued. Customer is responsible for shipping charges to ship merchandise back to the returns warehouse. Please send us the tracking number once the unit is shipped in order for us to track the shipment, as well as your subsequent credit.
- BCDVideo reserves the right to refuse a return if the merchandise is not received in the agreed condition.
- Failure to return product within the allowed period will be deemed to be an acceptance of the product.
