How long is my quote valid for?

Pricing on BCD quotes is valid for 30 days upon receipt of a quote. If you are ready to place a PO after those 30 days, please ask your sales representative for an updated quote. For more information, please review the terms listed at the bottom of your quote.

Does BCD ship internationally?

Absolutely – BCD can ship appliances anywhere in the world and is currently recording video data in more than 91 countries.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Due to our stellar supply chain team, we have a strong inventory ready to build and ship. On average, once a PO is placed, your systems will be out our doors and on the way to you within 3 days and should arrive within 7-10 business days, unless specified otherwise.

Where are BCD appliances built?

While the Country of Origin is Mexico, each solution is custom-built and configured at our headquarters in Buffalo Grove, IL, USA.

What if I need to return or replace a product?
To start the return process, get in touch with our RMA team at https://www.bcdvideo.com/return-authorization/

RMA Terms:
BCD will accept returns when returned in original condition and packaging for up to 30 days after receipt of product. Returns may be subject to restocking fees of 50% of the invoice price, subject to discretion. Special Order items are non-returnable. Buyers shall pay all shipping costs for returns under BCD’s warranty.

Can I purchase from BCD directly? If so, can I apply for credit terms?
